Return Policy
Return Period:
- Customers may initiate a return request within 3 days from the date of order delivery.
Condition of Products:
- To be eligible for return, products must remain unused, unopened, and resalable, complete with all original tags and packaging.
Conditions for Return:
- A return request can be made if the product is received in a damaged state.
- A return request is also permissible if an incorrect product is delivered.
- Returns are strictly for wrong or misrepresented items. We do not entertain returns for personal preference or change of mind.
Return Process:
- Customers are required to reach out to us via our email or WhatsApp number to initiate a return request.
- Upon approval of the return request, We will send you a return label, which you should download and print and securely attach to the package. Then, simply drop off the package at the nearest courier location that we will provide.
- The courier will process the refund immediately for cash on delivery orders.
- For online payments, the refund will be issued in the same manner once we receive the item from the courier.
- Please note that all refunds may take upto 14 business days
Return Shipping:
- Please note that we only accept returns for valid reasons such as wrong items or items not as advertised. We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, considering nature of the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and unused.
- If the customer receives an incorrect or damaged item from us, no shipping charges will be deducted.
Damaged or Defective Products:
- Customers must submit photographs or evidence of any issues (such as damage, leakage, or incorrect items) for us to process a return.
- Returns will only be accepted if the issue is deemed valid.
International Returns:
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
